2024 Maserati GranTurismo Folgore EV Preview in London, ON

The 2024 Maserati GranTurismo Folgore EV is the first-ever fully-electric Maserati vehicle. With a title such as that, Maserati engineers have ensured that the vehicle lives up to the Italian racing brand’s reputation of performance, while delivering the blisteringly fast EV driving dynamics that consumers have come to expect. And they’ve done exactly that with the 2024 GranTurismo Folgore EV. First Ever Electric Maserati

Harnessing its experience from the Formula E all-electric racing circuit, Maserati has developed the 2024 GranTurismo Folgore, the first ever all-electric Maserati vehicle. Three high-output 300-kWh permanent magnet motors, one in the front and two in the rear, are powered by an 800-volt battery pack that generates an impressive 770 horsepower (761 CV) and an astounding 995 lb-ft (1,350 nM) of torque! All of this power is sent to all four-wheels, ensuring maximum on-road traction during bouts of spirited driving. We’re sure there’ll be lots of those as this EV boasts an impressive top speed of 325 km/h and posts a lightning fast 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 2.7 seconds!

Charge Time & Driving Range

As its name suggests, the GranTurismo is first and foremost a grand touring vehicle. This means that it’s designed to drive mile after mile in comfort, luxury and speed, when asked of it, and the 2024 Maserati GranTurismo does just that. Even with its impressive performance, the vehicle can drive up to 450 km on a single charge! That means that the roughly four-hour trip from our London, Ontario showroom to the historical city of Kingston, Ontario can be completed without having the need to recharge! When it does come time to plug in, however, enjoy the ability to charge up to 100 km of range in just 5 minutes when connected to a Level 2 Fast Charger.
